Main Idea: God has given each of us unique gifts to be used in the church body to help build God's Kingdom.​​

Response: Together when we use our gifts, people get a glimpse of Jesus here on Earth. What gives you joy and energy when you serve? This might be a sign that you are using your God-given gift.

Response: Practice making prayer a habit.

Main Idea: God is spirit and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.

Response: People are made to worship God. Be careful not to worship false gods or idols. God is the supreme spirit above all spirits. He alone is worthy to be worshipped. Scripture identifies the true God and acceptable worship. Faith in Jesus Christ alone allows people to enter God’s presence to worship.

Main Idea: Without a firm foundation, or standard, of God's Word as authority, the church or individual is subject to allowing the culture or our own opinions guide us.

Response: Do I trust God's Word. Am I spending time in it? Is it my authority? Am I leading myself and my family with God's Word?

Main Idea: The Church is anyone, anywhere who calls on Jesus and is powered by the Spirit.

Response: Have I limited the church to a specific place and do I need to adjust my thinking at all?

1 Peter 1:3-9

Main Idea: You are never the same once you encounter Jesus Christ.

Response: The believer should live in gratitude for never being the same but also ask "who do I need to bring to Jesus?" The unbeliever will have a chance to come to Jesus.
